Excellent Experience and Hospitality!

Gaby and her family hosted me for a cooking class in their home. So accommodating and flexible in setting things up. Both the learning experience and results were truly delightful. I highly recommend to really learn to cook or to just enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine based on traditional recipes. Thank you again Gaby.

Amazing private cooking class

Gaby was very nice and a very good instructor. She came to our house in Sayulita where she taught us how to prepare handmade tortillas, authentic Mexican salsa, guacamole, and empanadas. Everything was relatively easy to make and very, very delicious. Definitely a fun activity to do for dinner while in Sayulita and very cost effective!

New Year’s Eve Dinner!!!

Chef Gaby and crew came to our villas and cooked for our group of 23!!! It was beyond fabulous. She was so easy to work with and the food was our best meal of the week. She even took some of our left over Mahi that we caught and made a separate appetizer with it by rolling pieces in a batter and frying it!
We would highly recommend Chef Gaby for any of your catering needs!!!!

Birthday Dinner!

We celebrated a birthday with Aloha’s Catering anit it was perfect! We were a group of (10) and wanted a little bit of everything😀. Gabby and the crew didn’t disappoint! Shrimp two ways! Steak and chicken fajitas! And all the fixings!
The service also included a full clean up at the end. Better than eating out any day!
Tres Leches Cake to finish the evening was light and delicious!

Great personal cooking class!

We had a great time cooking with Gaby and her husband! We were visiting Sayulita on a getaway with another couple and the 4 of us chose to learn to cook empanadas - Gaby came to our rental house with all of the ingredients and tools needed. It was a blast from beginning to end, and we got a lot of local tips from them as well. Will definitely be booking them again on our next trip!

Have Gaby come to you and enjoy a wonderful meal

We had Chef Gaby come to our airbnb to cook for our group of 6. It was the best meal we had while in Sayulita. From start to finish it was amazing. Communicating with Gaby prior to our trip was easy. She responded quickly and we were able to create a menu that was delicious. Gaby was also very sensitive to peanut allergies and items that needed to be avoided. This is the best meal you will have. She also offers cooking classes. We will book her again in the future.
