Au départ, je cherchais simplement une séance de yoga sur le bord de la plage à Sayulita. J’ai demandé des recommandations dans un groupe Facebook local. Plusieurs noms et endroits m’ont été proposés — exactement ce que je croyais vouloir.

Quelque chose en moi m’a dit d’aller voir son profil.
Et là… BAM.
Je suis tombé sur un long texte où elle racontait comment le cacao avait transformé sa vie. Sa plume, la profondeur de ses mots, la vulnérabilité assumée dans son parcours, la douceur qui émanait de ses photos… tout m’a immédiatement touché. Juste en la lisant, je me sentais plus calme, plus aligné.
C’est là que j’ai compris quelque chose d’important :
Parfois, se laisser guider par son intuition est la décision la plus puissante que l’on puisse prendre.
Ma conjointe et moi sortions d’années extrêmement éprouvantes : séparations, défis familiaux avec nos enfants de 10, 14, 15 et 19 ans, procédures judiciaires, services sociaux… Nous avons aussi fondé notre propre clinique médicale à but non lucratif pour venir en aide aux personnes marginalisées, toxicomanes et sans-abri. Des milliers d’heures de travail et de bénévolat. J’ai fermé mon studio de tatouage. Nous avons racheté notre maison.

J’ai décidé d’écouter mon intuition et d’entrer en contact avec Luciana, fondatrice de **Alimentaccion**. Dès nos premiers échanges, sa voix me calmait. Elle dégage une prestance rare — une présence solide, ancrée, enveloppante. Une véritable chamane au grand cœur. Authentique. Passionnée. Profondément humaine… et oui, un brin magique.
Elle nous a guidés avec douceur et assurance dans la planification d’un rituel de cacao, un espace sacré où déposer nos intentions et laisser tomber le fardeau que nous portions depuis trop longtemps.
Elle est aussi cheffe cuisinière, et elle a magnifiquement uni le spirituel et le sensoriel. Après la cérémonie, elle nous a préparé un souper à notre image : guacamole frais, poisson local sur purée de patates douces, salade mangue-coriandre et tomates cerises, dessert à la mangue et chocolats artisanaux pour clore le cercle énergétique du rituel.
Sans trop réfléchir, nous avons choisi de nous abandonner complètement à l’expérience.
Elle est venue à notre Airbnb, **Sayulita Oasis**, et nous avons rencontré une femme encore plus lumineuse et attentionnée que ce que nous avions imaginé. Sur le deck de yoga, la magie, le mystique, l’amour et la tendresse étaient au rendez-vous.
Sa prestance pendant la cérémonie était impressionnante : calme, enracinée, guidant chaque étape avec intention et sagesse. On se sent en sécurité avec elle. On se sent vu. Accueilli. Honoré.
Après les incantations et la fermeture du cercle, elle nous a laissés nous recueillir en amoureux pendant qu’elle préparait le repas dans notre casita.
Je n’ai pas de mots pour décrire à quel point ce repas était divin… ni pour expliquer à quel point cette expérience nous a permis de déposer une tonne de briques que nous portions depuis trop longtemps.
Suivre cette petite voix intérieure a été l’une des meilleures décisions de notre vie.

At first, I was simply looking for a yoga session on the beach in Sayulita. I asked for recommendations in a local Facebook group and received many names and places — exactly what I thought I wanted.
Then… one woman commented: *“I can help you with that.”*
Just a few words.
Something inside me told me to check her profile.
And then… BAM.
I found a long story about how cacao had transformed her life. The depth of her writing, the vulnerability in her journey, the softness that radiated through her photos — it moved me instantly. Just reading her words made me feel calmer and more aligned.
That’s when I realized something powerful:
Sometimes, following your intuition is the best decision you can ever make.
My partner and I had been through incredibly challenging years — separations, raising our children (10, 14, 15, and 19), legal battles, social services… We also founded our own nonprofit medical clinic serving marginalized individuals, people struggling with addiction, and those experiencing homelessness. Thousands of hours of work and volunteering. I closed my tattoo studio. We bought back our home.
It was heavy.
And it weighed on us.
This trip had one purpose: to reconnect. To rediscover the love we had chosen in the beginning.

She is also a chef, beautifully blending spirituality and sensory experience. After the ceremony, she prepared a deeply personal dinner: fresh guacamole, local fish over sweet potato purée, mango-cilantro salad with cherry tomatoes, mango dessert, and artisanal chocolates to energetically close the ritual circle.
Without hesitation, we chose to surrender fully to the experience.
She came to our Airbnb, **Sayulita Oasis**, and we met a woman even more radiant and caring than we imagined. On the yoga deck, the ceremony unfolded with magic, mysticism, love, and tenderness.
Her presence during the ritual was powerful — grounded, intentional, deeply safe. With her, you feel seen. Held. Honored.
After closing the circle, she left us alone to integrate the moment while she prepared dinner in our casita.
I truly don’t have the words to describe how divine that meal was — or how profoundly this experience helped us release the bricks we had been carrying for far too long.
Listening to that inner voice was one of the best decisions of our lives.

A special and memorable experience :)
We were so grateful to find Luciana to facilitate a private cacao ritual for us (me, my partner and another couple). Luciana has very warm, loving energy that put us all at ease. The ritual itself was very beautiful! I always have a big emotional release during cacao rituals and it felt welcomed and safe for me to be vulnerable. It also brought me much closer to my partner and open him up quite a bit.
The meal that she cooked for us afterwards was next level!! The best meal we’d had the whole trip. She puts so much care into what she does and we were so grateful to end our trip on a high note. Highly recommend her and would love to see her again soon in the future :)

Amazing wonderful food
I had the opportunity to meet Luciana at a retreat in Sayulita Mexico. She nourished us daily for breakfast lunch and dinner with food that was both colorful nutritious and Delicious! every day was a different experience. Luciana is such a wonderful chef who makes all the vegan dishes so colorful and delicious. I’m not a vegan but I’m completely hooked on the tastiness and freshness of her food. Everything is made from scratch even oat/ almond milk. Also she’s a very delightful to be around. Her positive vibes and attitudes are so magnetic. We’re so lucky to have her as our private on site chef at our retreat in Mexico.
